Before you apply
Is the workshop really free?
Yes. No fee, and nothing to buy on the day. If what we build calls for an AI provider, you pay them directly at their price. We don't resell it and we don't mark it up.
Where and when will it be held?
Saturday 31 October 2026, at PHIVE, Parramatta.
Who is eligible to apply?
Australian business owners, and the people who run the place day to day. We read every application and call to talk it through before confirming a seat, so applying doesn't secure one. If it isn't the right fit we'll tell you on that call rather than leave you waiting.
Do participants need coding experience?
No. You need to know your own business and be willing to sit with one problem for the session. We handle everything below the surface.
Which business tools can SpareHand AI work with?
The tools most businesses already run on: email and calendars, accounting and job management, CRMs, booking systems, WhatsApp, and the major ad platforms. Tell us what you use on the application and we'll say plainly on the call whether we can connect it.
Who owns the automation after the workshop?
You do. It runs in your own accounts, under your own logins, and there's nothing ongoing to pay us for it. Take it with you and change it however you like.
How will business data be handled?
Credentials stay in your accounts rather than ours, and nothing goes anywhere you haven't approved. Your application details go to our CRM so we can follow up on them. We don't sell your information or pass it on for anyone else's marketing. Our Privacy Policy sets out the detail.
What happens after the workshop?
You leave with the build running. Afterwards we'll ask whether we can write up the result as a case study and whether you'd refer us on, and you're free to say no to both. There's no follow-up sales pitch built into the day. If you later want more built, that's a separate conversation you start.
