Do I need to be technical?
No. You need to know your own business and be willing to sit with it for a day. We handle everything below the surface.
What do I actually own afterwards?
All of it. It runs on your laptop and in your accounts, under your logins. One fee to us, nothing ongoing. You'll still pay your own AI provider directly, at their price. We don't resell it and we don't mark it up.
What should I bring?
A laptop you have admin rights on (8GB RAM or better), logins for the tools you want connected, and one specific problem. The specific problem matters more than the laptop.
What if my data is sensitive?
Fair question, and it's the part we're most careful about. We've spent years building systems in environments where data handling gets audited, so the defaults come from there: nothing is uploaded anywhere you haven't approved, credentials stay in your accounts rather than ours, and we'll tell you plainly if what you're asking for isn't safe to automate.
How is this different from having you install it?
Here you build it and learn it. With the install, we build it and hand it over. Same two engineers either way.
What if I can't make the date?
Tell us and we'll move you to the next cohort.
